Nestlé Nigeria Plc is now accepting applications for the 2025 Technical Training Programme. This opportunity is designed for motivated and self-driven young Nigerians who want to build solid careers in engineering and technical fields.
The programme runs for 18 months at Nestlé’s Technical Training Centre and provides hands-on training in Technical Skills Development.

Programme Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a National Diploma (ND) with a maximum of Lower Credit, issued by a Nigerian Polytechnic not earlier than 2022.
- Accepted fields of study include:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electrical / Installation & Maintenance Engineering
- Applied Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (Mechatronics)
- Industrial Measurement and Control / Instruments Mechanics Work
- Automation Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Other related core engineering qualifications
- Have a minimum of four (4) O-Level credits in one sitting, including:
- Mathematics
- English Language
- Physics
- One other science-related subject
