Background of the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC)
The Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) of Nigeria is a constitutionally established body responsible for managing the Federal Civil Service. It was established under Section 153 of the 1999 Nigerian Constitution and operates under the Civil Service Rules.
