Job Title: Sales Specialist (Solar Inverters)
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Specialist to promote and sell solar inverters. The ideal candidate should be passionate about clean energy, confident in sales, and able to explain technical products to customers.
Job Description:
- Promote and sell solar inverters and related products to residential, commercial, and industrial clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and site visits
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar inverter solutions
- Prepare quotations, conduct product demos, and follow up on proposals
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support
- Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
- 1–2 years sales experience (solar or technical sales is an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of solar power or interest in renewable energy
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using email, Excel, and basic digital tools
- Willing to travel when needed
