About Flourish Africa
Flourish Africa is the women empowerment movement founded by Apostle Folorunso Alakija to serve as a catalyst for female empowerment and development. Borne out of her passion to see women become truly fulfilled and empowered, the Flourish Africa movement was designed to create a platform for both female millennials and adults alike to have access to information that will help them grow in the areas of their career, business, love, and relationships.
The Flourish Africa Business and Life Skills Programme 2025 (Cohort 4) is now open for applications! We are calling on ambitious, passionate, and driven female entrepreneurs across Nigeria to apply for a share of the 1.3 billion naira grant and gain access to world-class training and business development support.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply, you must:
- Be a female entrepreneur between the ages of 18 and 50.
- Be a Nigerian citizen running a business based in Nigeria.
- Own a business that has operated for at least one year.
- Have a minimum of 2 staff employed in your business.
- Be committed to attending all training sessions and program activities.
- Be available for in-person sessions in Lagos (if shortlisted).
Note: Only businesses that are legally registered with CAC (Corporate Affairs Commission) will be considered.
