Job Title: Finance Intern
Location: Remote
About the role
- The Finance Intern will support the finance team within one of our Strategic Business Units.
- This internship offers hands-on experience in financial operations, reporting, and analysis supporting a rapidly growing business unit.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recording day-to-day financial transactions.
- Reconcile and validate payment and invoice data.
- Prepare basic financial reports for management review, such as sales summaries, cost analysis, and inventory finance tracking.
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes
- Assist with documentation, payment tracking, and query resolution for suppliers and customers.
- Contribute to identifying ways to optimize current processes related to offline transactions, cash handling, and reporting.
- Ensure all files and documents comply with company accounting standards and relevant policies.
Requirements
- Bsc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with Google Sheets or financial management software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, with a drive to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
