- Have graduated from a public secondary school in Nigeria.

Scholars are selected on a merit basis. Eligible candidates are to submit their application on the website providing all required academic details and documents, including a personal “motivation essay”. Post review of the documentation, shortlisted candidates are invited to an interview.
