About Digital Business Optimization Training for MSMEs
The Digital Business Optimization Training is a capacity-building initiative aimed at empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Nigeria with the digital tools, strategies, and insights needed to optimize their operations, improve productivity, and boost profitability.
This initiative is designed to help MSMEs leverage digital technologies to streamline their workflows, increase online visibility, enhance customer engagement, and improve service delivery in today’s highly competitive marketplace.
Eligibility Criteria
To ensure that the program serves the most relevant audience, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Must be a registered Micro, Small, or Medium Enterprise (CAC registration not mandatory but preferred).
- The business must operate within Nigeria.
- Business owners must be aged 18 and above.
- Must have access to a digital device (smartphone/laptop) and internet connectivity.
- Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement digital solutions.
- Priority will be given to women-led and youth-led MSMEs.
