About AfriGirl Scholars Program 2026
The AfriGirl Scholars Program is an education access and mentorship initiative of The Girl Essence Mentorship and Advocacy Initiative. The program is designed to support academically qualified girls who graduated from public secondary schools in Enugu State but are unable to proceed to higher education due to financial constraints.
Through this program, selected candidates will receive sponsorship for JAMB and Post-UTME examinations, access to an exclusive pre-university mentorship program, and the opportunity to be considered for scholarships into state or federal universities, subject to availability of funds.

Eligibility for AfriGirl Scholars Program 2026
To be eligible for the AfriGirl Program 2026 , applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Be between 16 and 24 years old
- Have at least six (6) credits in WAEC or NECO, including English Language and Mathematics
- Be a graduate of a secondary school in Enugu State within the last three years
- Demonstrate financial hardship and strong motivation for higher education
- Be willing to participate in mentorship activities
