Requirements and Eligibility
To qualify for the Lafarge Africa Graduate Trainee Programme 2025 / 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Graduated no later than January 2023, with a minimum of Second Class or its equivalentÂ
- Degrees in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, and related disciplineÂ
- Comfortable with digital tools, data analysis, and remote collaboration platforms Â
- 0–2 years of work experience or any Plant environment exposure is an advantageÂ
