About the Plan International Nigeria Thrive Programme
Plan International Nigeria is committed to empowering young people. The Thrive Programme helps participants gain practical skills and leadership abilities, while also providing a platform to connect with mentors and peers. The 2025 cohort will continue to support adolescents, young women, and persons with disabilities, ensuring equal access for all.
Criteria for Selection
1. Interested applicants should either record a short video (1 min max, MP4) or write a 400-word document (400 words; single-spaced; Arial font 12; in English only) detailing;
- Why applicants are interested in the program
- How the program will be of benefit to the applicant in the long run
- What makes them the best candidate
- 2. The video must be clear and steady with minimal distractions and background noises, recorded with the application facing the camera, showing face and shoulders.
- 3. Applicants should be at least 18 years old and not older than 30 by 1st October 2025
- 4. Adolescents, young women, and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply
