Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Officer to support the strategic and operational HR team in the consulting firm.
- The ideal candidate must possess prior experience in a professional services or consulting environment and hold a recognized HR certification.
- This role involves handling core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in line with company policies.
- Administer performance management systems and facilitate performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Plan and organize training and development programs to build staff capacity.
- Monitor employee engagement and propose initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Assist with payroll coordination and HR reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership to support organizational change and HR best practices.

Requirements
- HND / BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification is mandatory (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI).
- Minimum of 2–3 years HR experience in a consulting or professional services firm.
- Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
