Job Description
- Our client is on the lookout for a Chief Commercial and Operations Officer (CCOO) – a strategic, high-impact leadership role ideal for a retired senior executive or experienced general manager with a strong track record in reputable organisations.
- This role is critical to driving commercial growth, operational excellence, and strategic expansion across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing commercial and revenue strategies
- Expanding market reach and building global partnerships
- Overseeing daily operations and championing innovation
- Leading cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders
- Embedding sustainability, compliance, and performance excellence.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (HND acceptable) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is highly preferred
- 10 -15+ years in senior commercial or operational leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth, transformation, and market entry
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Salary
N350,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
