Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate correspondence, reports on behalf of the GMD.
- Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and other events as required.
- Provide administrative support to the GMD
- Ensure the GMD’s office is well-organized and maintained.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a secretary or administrative assistant to a senior executive.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Certification in secretarial studies or administration.
- Familiarity with other software applications, such as Google Suite.
